Is it safe to place an order online? How do I know my purchase is secure? What is your Privacy Policy?

Yes, we have a secure site. Customer protection when placing an online order is very important to us and we do not and will never distribute or sell your information to anyone without your permission. Please note the pad-lock in the lower right hand corner of you browser which indicates this is a secure site (never order from any site that does not have this pad lock symbol).

Are you a US company?

Yes, we are a family owned and operated company out of Peoria, AZ. We started the business to offer better service and prices to customers. We have been through the wedding planning process and know how expensive it can be. Our goal is to provide you with dress options and prices that make sense and are actually affordable. We have partnered with a trusted supplier who designs and manufactures the dresses. We went through a rigorous process to select our manufacturing partner to ensure that all dresses are made with great quality and care.

Do you have a retail store?

No, we are an online wedding dress store only and do not have a physical store front. This is one of the many ways we can offer such great prices as operating and overhead costs of a retail store add about 50-200% onto you dress. We do attend bridal shows around the country so check out our Bridal Events section to see if we will be at a bridal show near you.

What does the price include?

The price only includes the selected dress. Any other items shown in the picture such as a veil, gloves, shoes or shawl are not included. Shipping cost is extra.

Do you offer customized dresses?

Yes, we offer free size customizations on all dresses. This a great way to save money on alterations. Since the dress is made specifically for you we do not except returns on customized dresses as we cannot restock the dress.

Do you provide other pictures of the dresses?

All the dress pictures were taken by the design team in the manufacturing showroom. The pictures provide multiple angles so that you can get a feel for the bead work and front and back of the dress design. We do not have pictures of the dress in all colors offered at this time.

Why do the dress prices vary?

The dress prices range based on the degree of beading, unique cuts, or other detailed embellishments and the range of fabrics used to create the dress. All beading and embellishments are hand sewn so it can cost more to make certain dresses.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the dress of your dreams select the color and size from the drop down menu and click “Add to Shopping Cart.” You will have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you are ready to check out click the “proceed to checkout” button and fill in your Bill To and Ship To information. This information is secure and will not be distributed or sold to anyone without your permission. Once you have filled in all the information select your preferred payment option. When you have finished placing an order one of our customer service representatives will review your information and send you a confirmation of your order.

What are your payment options?

You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All payments are done through a secure process.

How can you offer such low prices?

As an online distributor we do not have the overhead costs of traditional retail stores so our overall operating costs are less. We also do not mark-up our dresses 500% like most dress stores. Our goal is provide you with quality, designer-style dresses for less than half the cost.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend that you place your order at least 3 months prior to the wedding date. This will allow ample time for production, shipping, and for you to have any alternations made.

It normally takes 6-8 weeks once you place an order to receive your dress. Shipping alone can take up to 10 business days.

Do you offer Rush Delivery?

Yes, we do offer rush delivery. Please select the rush order delivery option during the checkout process to have your dress delivered in 4 weeks.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for all non-customized dresses (i.e.- for those without special sizing or designs). We must receive an email at support@300dresses.com within 2 days of when you receive your dress explaining why you would like to make a return. The dress must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving the dress (this does not mean we have to receive the dress in 3 days it just means it needs to be in the mail in 3 days after receiving the dress) in order for you to receive a refund. We refund the full amount of the dress, but do not provide a refund on shipping charges. If you fail to notify us or return the dress in the specified timeframe we will be unable to refund you for the dress. The dress must be returned in the original condition. All dress sales are final at the time of purchase. We cannot cancel your order once you have placed it.

Is there a charge for sales tax?

There is no charge for sales tax on orders outside the state or Arizona. We are based in Peoria, AZ so any Arizona residents must pay the standard state sales tax.

How do I measure?

We recommend you use a flexible measuring tape used by most seamstresses. Please use the measuring guidelines and size chart we provide so that you select the correct measurement.

Can I order a fabric sample? Please email us if you would like a fabric sample. We do provide some samples for a small fee (mostly the cost to ship it), but there maybe some fabric samples we are not able to provide at the current time.

How will I be notified of my order status?

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed to validate the dress style, color, shipping address, and size. It is imperative you include your email address with the order. Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number. We will follow-up with an email once order has been delivered to confirm.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will contact you by email at various points of the ordering process. If you would like to check the status at any point please email us at support@300dresses.com.

How long does shipping normally take?

Orders can take anywhere from 5-7 days for delivery. This may vary according to the Express Mail schedule. Note delivery may run faster than these time frames and the customer will be notified by email of the shipping confirmation.

Are these used dresses?

All of our gowns are brand new and each dress is made especially for you. We do not offer used or resale items.
